What is the Full Form of IBPS RRB?
IBPS RRB is the short term of 'IBPS Regional Rural Banks'. IBPS conducts the IBPS RRB exam every year to fill the vacancies for Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in various Regional Rural Banks (Gramin Banks).
The IBPS RRB online examination is conducted by the officials of the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). IBPS RRB Interview Process
INTERVIEW – applicable only for post of Officers (Scale I, II and III)
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the main examination for the post of Officers Scale I, II & III will be subsequently called for an interview coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank with the help of NABARD. The interview will be conducted in select centres. The address of the centres will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter.
The marks for the interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview for Officers Scale, I, II, and III will be as per extant guidelines. Only by qualifying both in the Online Examination (Main/Single) and Common Interview with sufficiently high marks will candidates be shortlisted for the subsequent provisional allotment process, the details of which will be made available on the official IBPS website

The Probationary Officers (PO) work under various departments in the bank. They ensure a smooth and uniform workflow in the bank. They are provided 2 years of training and a fixed amount is paid to them during the training period. The responsibilities of IBPS Probationary Officers are provided below
