Refund & Subscription Policy

By subscribing to any paid plan or participating in a Group Test on Emeasure Box, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Online Subscriptions (Pass & Practice Sets)

• All Sales Final: Once a payment is made for any online subscription (such as a Pass or practice set), it is considered final.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, partial use, or dissatisfaction. This aligns with standard practices where digital educational products are non-refundable after purchase, as reflected in other platforms’ policies.

2. Group Tests (Prize Based- Competitions)

Group Tests on Embox involve a two-tier payment structure:

a. Enrollment Fee

• This fee is collected to create the prize pool.
• Prize Distribution Rules:
  • If more than three users participate:
    • First-place topper: 60% of the prize pool
    • Second-place topper: 40% of the prize pool
  • If only two users participate:
    • Highest scorer: 70% of the prize pool
    • Runner-up: 30% of the prize pool
• Because this money is allocated immediately to the prize pool, it is strictly non-refundable.

b. Platform Fee

• A separate service charge that covers technical infrastructure and test administration.
• This fee is also non-refundable. 

3. Prize Distribution

• Prizes will be awarded based on the final verified leaderboard.
• In case of a tie or dispute, Embox administration’s decision will be final.

4. Payment Errors or Activation Failures

If your payment is successfully debited from your bank or payment account but your subscription or test enrollment is not activated:

1. Avoid attempting a duplicate payment.
2. Contact support at info@emeasurebox.in with proof of payment (transaction ID or screenshot).
3. We will verify and manually activate your access within 24–48 hours.

5. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India and applicable Indian data protection and e-commerce regulations.
