How to calculate the percentage?
Candidates must make sure that they are filling the application form according to SBI PO percentage criteria as marks will be considered according to this only.
- The candidature will be cancelled if the mark sheet or provisional certificate issued by the University/Institute is not by the date mentioned by the bank. The result of any examination posted on the website of the University/Institute will be taken as the final date of passing that exam or semester.
- The candidate should indicate the percentage obtained in Graduation calculated to the nearest two decimals in the online application where CGPA/ OGPA is awarded, the same should be converted into the percentage and indicated in the online application.
- If called for the interview, an aspirant will have to show the original certificate issued under the concerned authority stating the norms of the university regarding the conversion of grade into percentage and the percentage of marks scored by the candidate
- Calculation of Percentage: The percentage will be calculated by the marks arrived in the mark sheet and dividing the total marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all semester(s)/year(s) by aggregate maximum marks into all the subjects irrespective of honors/optional/additional optional subject, if any. Marks obtained in a fraction of percentage will be ignored i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60% and 54.99% will be treated as less than 55%.

SBI PO Number of Attempts
